RETURN POLICY

1. Return Window We want you to love your Sassy Streetwear! If you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Condition of Items To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the exact condition that you received it. All original tags must still be attached.

3. Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes clearance or "Final Sale" items, intimates/bodysuits, and gift cards.

4. Return Process To initiate a return, please email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send your package.

5. Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for paying for their own return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

7. Exchanges Because our inventory moves fast, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order. We will gladly replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
