Items may be returned if they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • Final sale and clearance items are non‑returnable

  • Hygiene‑sensitive items may not be eligible unless defective

We offer exchanges for incorrect sizes, defective items, or wrong items received. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may issue a refund or store credit.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is inspected. Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund.
